Job Title: Web Content Manager
Job Description: The website content manager will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence. In addition to writing, editing and proofreading user generated site content, this person will also work closely with the web development team to maintain site standards with regard to new development.
Qualifications: Exceptional communication and organizational skills; Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems (Expression Engine, drupal, etc.); Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Basic Adobe Photoshop skills; Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team; 3-5 years experience managing content and production for high traffic websites; Prefer Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing or a related field; and Passion, Integrity and Energy!

Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Description: Our Sales team members stand at the core of our business and ensure our continious growth. As a sales rep you will develop relationships and build rapport with the worlds best hotels, tour operators, and LGBT friendly companies. An average day consists of making outbound calls, setting appointments, and having fun! You have the opportunity to travel and set a schedule that works for you. We have a great service to sell and you will be excited each time you pick up the phone.
Qualifications: We are in search of someone with innate sales and marketing experience. 3-5 years (minimum) of sales experience in a role requiring lead generation, cold-calling and closing sales. Understanding of online sales and marketing including ROI, banner ads and online listings. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota. Prior experience of B2B selling. Prior experience of keeping yourself organized using a CRM such as salesforce.com Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Powerpoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Track record of making a high volume of calls per day. Self-motivated team player who is motivated not only by the potential to make money now but also to make a significant amount of money down the road via stock options.
