| | We use the words "merchant" and "business" interchangeably. Merchants and/or businesses are people or companies of any nature (hotels, bars, restaurants, tour operators), offering services in the destination you are researching. These merchants may or may not be gay owned and may or not service the gay community exclusively.

| 2) | My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to "fill in the blank", but I can't find any info on your site. What do I do?

| | If you don't find a merchant or business in the gaytravel.com guide it means that we don't have that information, yet. In the meantime, that is one of the reasons we have a Discussion Forum in the Talk section on our site. You can post your inquiry in the Discussion Forum where it will be viewed by other Travelers and Merchants. In our experience, if we don't already have what you are looking for, there is a Traveler or Merchant out there who knows the scoop and is more than happy to share their experience with you.

| 3) | Will gaytravel.com sell my name?

| | No. Your name will NOT be sold to anyone, anywhere. From time to time we will share demographic information ONLY (that means no names) with fellow businesses in an effort to provide a better travel site to you.

| 4) | How do you insure my privacy?

| | We do not release your email or mailing address to anyone. We do not send you mail (electronically or otherwise), with "gaytravel.com" attached as sender. Communications via first class mail (if any) will show a return address from NetAdventures, Inc. E-mail alerts (if requested) will not show a "gaytravel.com" in the sender address, but instead will show a trip name, the return address will be "netadventuresinc.com."

| 7) | Does GayTravel.com accept checks drawn on a foreign bank as a form of payment?

| | United States banks charge a collection fee to process all International and Canadian checks. We are happy to accept your payment by credit card so that we can avoid assessing this fee. However, if you must pay by check, a $50.00 service fee will be charged on all checks drawn on international banks including Canadian banks.
