Maryland Avenue in Annapolis is a nice way to spend an afternoon.  Located right by Maryland’s Statehouse is an assortment of higher end stores that can be a treasure trove of antiques and luxury goods or merely a pleasant way of spending some window shopping time.  Much less geared toward the typical tourist than the shopping on Main Street, which is mostly ice cream stores and tee shirt shacks.
