Homotopia - Liverpool
Homotopia 2011 will take place at various venues across Liverpool from 1st-30th November. This year’s festival theme is ‘Cruising For Art’ which will showcase an array of the queer, the bold, the unexpected and the daring. This city has a rich and vibrant history, which makes it a hotspot for quirky and controversial artistic statements. A celebration of 21st century LGBT/Q life in all its extravagant, confusing and dynamic diversity, Homotopia presents an eclectic program including some new commissions, festival firsts & World Premieres. Over 30 events from visual art, theatre, film, debate, dance, literature and live art will set Liverpool alight; come join the fun!
Vallarta Fever 5 – Puerto Vallarta
One of the year’s hottest weekend of events happens in Puerto Vallarta at Vallarta fever 5. This spicy circuit party kicks off with a grand Opening Party on Wednesday the 23rd at Club Mañana, Puerto Vallarta's hottest gay dance club with DJ Brian plus hot and sexy go-gos from Club Tease. Then celebrate Thanksgiving night at the Sunset Welcome Party and Club Manana’s 6th and final anniversary by dancing the night away. The festivities continue in this hot LGBT destination with a White Party on Friday and various themed parties on Saturday. World of Chocolate is the AIDS Foundation of Chicago’s annual holiday fundraising event held in commemoration of World AIDS Day. At this festive event, you can sample scrumptious chocolate creations from more than 30 of Chicago’s finest restaurants, caterers, and chocolateirs. Chocolate vendors creating the delicacies will also compete for top honors in several categories as judged by local celebrities.
