Bravo’s Josh Flagg’s new STAR MAPS app, Los Angeles

Celebrity real estate agent Josh Flagg, whose “coming out” episode of “Million Dollar Listing” in March 2011 proved to be a ratings hit for BravoTV, has a new venture: star maps. As a highly successful real estate agent serving the Hollywood area, Flagg knows the neighborhoods like the back of his hand. He said he has assembled a staff to scour 100 years of public records to find out where celebrities own properties. He said countless man hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars have been spent to create the STAR MAPS app.The app uses GPS, Google Earth and Google Maps to show locations, pictures, and facts about the homeowners and the property. “It will tell you square footage, how much they paid for the house,” he said.
