It’s Here: White Party Palm Springs 2011!

Each year, more than 20,000 revelers flock to Palm Springs for one of the most popular circuit parties, the White Party. Each year, there are big names, beautiful people and lots of excitement.
The performers are always top-notch. Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and a slew of other gay icons have entertained the masses. This year the roster of DJs includes Freemasons, Dave Aude, Peter Rauhofer and Chi Chi LaRue.
The four-day extravaganza includes pool parties and a boxers or briefs boot camp party.
On Saturday, April 10th, the White Party goes 3-D at the Palm Springs Convention center as Jeffrey Sanker presents a dance event unlike any other. Starting at 9 PM, the venue will transform into a new-age digital state-of-the-art dance club with special effects and synchronized LED screens that will deliver a fully rendered 360-degree experience.
Special guest performers will electrify the stage and perform live for the hot, muscular hotties dancing up a sweat.
Not too far away, down White Party’s 3-D tunnel of time, DJ Chi Chi LaRue provides a blast of pop music power in the Diamond Pop Lounge.
The music and dance events are great, but the White Party wouldn’t be what it is without the pool parties. After a night of sweating to the beat, get drenched at the Spring Break Pool party at the Renaissance Hotel Pool Party.
The White Party is a must-attend event each year, so it’s wise to make hotel reservations early in advance. Palm Springs is a small resort town, but it’s also a gay tourism cash cow. There are plenty of properties to choose from, right in the thick of the debauchery.
On East Canyon Drive, in the heart of Palm Springs you’ll find the Holiday Inn Resort. Whether you’re looking for a standard room or a suite, this is a great option. The staff are friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful if you’re not familiar with the area.
There’s a big outdoor pool with a beautiful view of the palms and the mountains, great fitness center, business station and Billie D's. The on-site restaurant serves up American fare from steaks to seafood and salads. Of course you’re going to want to venture into town and explore but if you’re feeling like a night in, you’ll find everything you need on property at the Holiday Inn Resort.
The White Party festivities wrap on Sunday with the largest outdoor T-Dance in North America at the Convention Center. More than 10,000 of the hottest men from around the world converge for an unforgettable afternoon celebration. UK DJ/remix/musical production duo Freemasons return by popular demand, joined by DJ Wayne G will entertain the masses.
Before you leave make sure you take a ride on the world-famous White Party Ferris Wheel, a100 foot tall thrill ride accompanied with an amazing fireworks finale.
