Winter is here and Gay Ski Weeks are happening all over the world. Here are Gay Travel's top 4 picks!

1. Gay Whistler's Winter PRIDE

Gay Whistler’s Winter PRIDE has a fresh new name as we get ready to celebrate the 23rd annual Gay Lesbian Ski/Snowboard week at the award-winning Whistler Blackcomb mountains. Whistler Pride and Ski Festival, January 24 – 31, 2015 is a celebration of diversity both on and off the slopes at Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. The Whistler Pride and Ski Festival is more than just a gay ski week, it is an 8-day festival that combines Sports, Culinary, Wellness and spectacular Social and Cultural events.

Imagine over 3,000 gay men and women from 26 nations coming together to explore the incredible 8,176 acres (3308 hectares) of pure skiing and riding bliss with some runs boasting a spectacular thigh burning vertical mile, the biggest and longest in North America. The 2014.15 season will see an Elevated Guest Experience with a new Whistler Village Gondola and more. The village of Whistler is just at 2,000 feet (607 meters) and the Alpine peaks hover at 7,250 feet (2210 meters). An annual snow fall in excess of 33 feet (10 meters) makes for some sensational turns with the Whistler Pride volunteer ski guides leading you through the massive terrain. Travel writers and guests from around the world regularly refer to Whistler Pride as the friendliest on the planet. Now for the second year in a row SKI Magazine names Whistler Blackcomb #1 in North America.
