Busch Gardens is also great for animal lovers. Go on an African safari and spot hyenas, giraffes, zebras and more! For those interested in the finer things in life, check out the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, which houses the largest collection of Dali paintings in the world. It’s an experience that will certainly be persistent in your memory (I couldn’t help the pun- Persistence of Memory is the name of his famous melting clocks painting). If you’re interested in Tampa culture, go down to the Ybor district and watch some of the finest cigars being made this side of Cuba. Tampa’s nicknamed Cigar City, so cigars are not just for smoking, but a social and cultural experience in the Big Guava.
