Hotel Cavalieri
Overview
After an extensive renovation and design project the Cavalieri Hotel reopened its doors in 2005, comprising of 258 guests rooms and public areas highlighting the space and light the hotel’s advantageous location enjoys. The Lobby area is immediately welcoming with its striking views across St. Julians Bay. Arriving guests will be greeted by the Front Desk staff that is available throughout the day to give a warm welcome and offer any required guest services and information. Various members of staff also offer concierge services and are apart from English, fluent in various languages such as Italian, French, German and Dutch. The most popular tours available on the island may be booked directly from the front desk. Other services such as a taxi service, airport transfers, porterage where necessary, early morning calls and foreign exchange are always available. The lobby area also includes a souvenir shop selling a variety of gifts, popular European newspapers and local road maps, a fitness room which is accessible throughout the day, and meeting areas offering comfortable seating within a relaxed environment. The Lobby is also covered by a complimentary WiFi service allowing guests to access the internet from any seating point within this area. For guests who did not bring their own computers, the hotel also offers an internet corner where free terminals are also available. The Lobby also leads out into beautiful terraces overlooking the bay
The Hotel has its own private lido with a large outdoor swimming pool as well as a large sundeck with sun beds, parasols, changing rooms, showers and a children’s paddling pool. On the same sundeck guests may also make use of the Indoor swimming pool which is enclosed within a solarium and is heated between November and April. A sauna is also available. During the summer months this indoor solarium is opened up where the pool may be used as a second swimming pool. Pool towels are available.
