Now there are so many places to do this from. I have gone 3 times out of Balboa by the Boardwalk. Its very inexpensive at a per hour rate and depending on the size of the boat you choose you can comfortably seat 4-8 people in your boat. Cruising around through the harbor at sunset, occasionally getting to spot some sea life. This is also a very fun way to check out real estate in the cove. You may also bring on board and beverages and goodies you would like. My friends and I always cruise around for an hour then stop over at the yacht club for a Sex on the beach then back off to our boat. Absolutely do this. Great picture opportunities. Can be a romantic adventure for two or a fun memory for many.
