Step into the beautiful and mysterious world of the Peruvian Rainforest. This journey is designed to cleanse us and make us ready for the next phase of our lives. We will be using the plant spirit medicine Ayahuasca on this journey into the heart of the rainforest and into the center of our identities. Translated from the Quechua language, ayahuasca means "Vine of the Soul" or "Rope of the Dead". For thousands of years, Ayahuasca has been used by the shamans of the Amazon to diagnose and treat illnesses, to make important decisions, to ask the Gods for advice, to solve personal conflicts, etc.
Our Ayahuasca ceremonies will be carefully and lovingly guided by Peruvian shamans, with years of experience in working with this special medicine. After the ceremonies, we will have time for quiet reflection, journaling or just being with the rainforest. We will also spend time in Heart Circles, sharing and exploring our experiences during and after the Ayahuasca ceremonies. And we will also learn about ourselves by truly connecting with the world around us, and the rainforest offers unlimited connections to our world through wonderful birds, spectacular animals, beautiful plants and an amazing people and culture.
