The Betty used to be some illusive rumor of a club at the Mandrake in Culver City. After a little while genius promoter Dani Frank moved the venture to Fubar and the fun hasn’t stopped since. Some weeks are a little slower than others but there’s always something different going on. It’s a bit divey and the dance floor is a little awkward but there are always ladies dancing all over the place. There are drink specials before ten, ample parking all around and its FREE all night. Various DJs from around the world, art shows and performances by queer bands top it all off. Plus there’s a photo booth!
