NEW FAVORITE SUSHI RESTAURANT IN LA!!!! Katsuya has done it again. Styled with a modern, yet sterile, Japanese decor the space is striking. However, it is the food that is the REAL winner here. No hype here… This place will give you a taste bud orgasm! If you are a fan of the other Katsuya restaurants, don’t worry they still have your FAVS: the Katsuya trio (featuring: spicy albacore with crispy onion, spicy tuna on crispy rice and sesame tuna… YUM). Be sure to check out my personal FAVS: Toro with crispy spinach, 4 & 1/2 roll, and spicy tuna wrapped with cucumber. It’s DELISH!
