Here’s what you need to know if you are coming to NYC to get Same-Sex Married. You need a registered marriage officiant, (I am a registered marriage officiant and have already performed two same sex marriages in NYC.) You need to obtain the license from the city clerk’s office at least 24 hours before the wedding. Check their site for details/hours/directions.
