I’ve been to the fish markets in Japan to eat fresh sushi plucked right out of the water. Second best to that was sushi from the shores of Kauai. The third runner up for me was the fresh fish at Nobu. Honestly, I was surprised at how amazing the quality of the fish was. We ordered almost one of everything and all of it was exceptional. I’ve heard mixed reviews but my experience left me pretty impressed. The one item on the menu that I think was a joke, but we had to order it just to say we did: $120 sake aged to classical music.
