Boots and Kimos has the best pancakes, hands down, in all of the Hawaiian islands and, dare I say, the mainland.  I don’t even eat pancakes but hearing all the rave reviews about what Boots and Kimos had to offer, I needed to try them.  The sweet creamy macadamia nut sauce that smothers the warm stack of hotcakes is what holds the title belt for this champion meal.  I’ve never tasted anything like it.  One word can only come close to what you’ll experience while eating these cakes… heaven.
