This is a small quaint little sushi spot near the Ala Moana shopping center.  I’ve been to Japan and have a Japanese mother who cooked authentic Japanese for my entire life and I must say, this place is dead on.  I loved everything I ordered.  I usually only get sashimi, theirs was so fresh!  My friends ordered some rolls and the few I tried were made to perfection.  The chefs here know their sushi/rice/seaweed/mayo ratio.  If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out.  Don’t forget to make a reservation.
