The Fringe Festival, our flagship event, is Toronto’s largest theatre and performance festival. 140+ productions are featured at 25+ venues across the west end of Toronto, drawing more than 70,000 people over 12 days each year. There’s something for everyone, with musicals, comedies, family programming, drama, dance, improv and anything else you can imagine on offer. Don’t miss the Site Specific productions that take place in unexpected locations like backs of cars or down hidden alleys.

The heart of the festival is the Fringe Club at Honest Ed’s (581 Bloor St. West) which includes the Visual Fringe’s eight living gallery spaces and all kinds of free forums, discussions and late night cabaret performances.

Since 1989, the Fringe has showcased over 2300 independent theatre productions, returned nearly $5,000,000 back to participating artists, and provided thousands of artists with a launch pad for their careers.

Like all Fringes in Canada, The Toronto Fringe abides by four rules, as dictated by the Canadian Association of Fringe Festivals (CAFF):
· Participants are selected through an equal opportunity application process such as lottery or first-come, first-served.
· All box office revenue is returned to our artists.
· The Fringe will not interfere with the artistic content of any show.
· The Fringe must provide an easily accessible opportunity for audiences and artists to participate in a festival.

Provincetown Bears prepares a special welcome for Bears to one of North America's most famous gay resort towns. We work with local club managers to program different music and an atmosphere for a week of parties. We also allow time to relax and have a true vacation. Our events leave plenty of free time to enjoy the town, restaurants, cabaret shows, National Seashore park, beaches, and the daily gatherings at hotel pool decks.

All Provincetown bars and clubs are 21+ (strictly enforced), including the two hotel pools used for Bear Week. Public meeting places such as the active street scene, Town Hall benches, Spiritus Pizza and beaches are available for younger cubs to enjoy. Bars, clubs and restaurants are all smoke-free areas in Massachusetts; provisions are often available for smoking outdoors.

Traditional highlights of Provincetown in summer include the daily T-Dance and nightly 1am pizza and cruising at Spiritus. The hotels, pools and clubs are mostly within a short walk, and Commercial Street becomes one of our primary venues as a place to see and meet friends.

If you have ever been to Sitges for last years Pride or for Carnival or Fiesta Mayor, then you know that this town parties like no other! This year's Gay Pride Sitges Parade will be no different. Already many of the bars, clubs and gay businesses are busy planning the theme for their floats. The streets of Sitges will come alive from 7pm!

More than 60,000 people attended the Sitges Pride in 2011...and we expect many more in 2011, especially when people experienced the amazing atmosphere during the Saturday evening parade! It was magical... no where else in Europe can you find such an intimate parade where you are part of the celebration...not just a spectator!

This year the parade takes place one hour later at 7pm, so it should be a little cooler than last year.. but not that much!
