If you’re single and looking to cruise, better stick to Cabo San Lucas or other known resorts on the mainland.  Todos Santos has attracted many long term and married gay and lesbian couples who are calling it home.  The locals are very accepting of gays and the overall atmosphere is quite romantic and extremely relaxed.  However, there is no real gay dating scene.
