Sanafir is one of six establishments in The Glowbal Group collection. Sanafir is the sultry and exotic cousin, mysterious but in-your-face, curious yet familiar. Indeed, “sanafir” is Arabic for “meeting place,” and socializing is assisted by Moroccan-style seating on richly upholstered beds on the mezzanine and 130-seats at communal and private tables on the main level.

The bar concocts complex, spice-inspired cocktails, with names like Lavender and Vanilla, which are ideal companions to a Silk Route menu of lamb, naan bread and curries. A favorite is the bulgogi rib with soy garlic-sautéed pea shots: The tender meat prepared delicately slips right off the bone.
