The Breeders’ Cup World Thoroughbred Championships, a week-long celebration of the best racehorses from around the world, wrapped up it’s 35th running the first weekend of November. Rotating locations each year, 2018’s edition took place in Louisville, KY, home of Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby.  GayTravel had the all-access pass to the star-studded international event which hosted over 110,000 people coming to witness the awarding of $30 million in prize money to the winners of 14 races.

Below is a brief look at the celebration, sites and stars of this year’s event, seen through the lens of our team who was lucky enough to be on-site in “The Commonwealth” for the 2018 Breeders’ Cup….
