The state of Arizona has made a huge step in the WRONG direction by threatening to arrest transgender people. The Human Rights Campaign just announced that the Arizona State Senate: ”has proposed an amendment that would make it illegal for transgender individuals to use the restroom, dressing room or other sex-segregated facilities with which they identify". Arizona challenges people who cannot prove their gender with a valid ID in this ammendment spearheaded by Arizona State Rep. John Kavanagh.
