Following the steps of Oscar Wilde | London, UK | Following the stepsof Oscar Wilde at Room #118 of the Cadogan Hotel London. The scent of greencarnations, the taste of Pierre Jouet Champagne and the views of Sloane Streetand Pont Street wearing a similar jacket as he did, waiting, in this same roomand window, for the police to take him to his imprisonment on charges of sodomyand gross indecency. A tribute to Coming OUT Day in North America and Gay LoveWorldwide!
I had a lovely dinner at Langtry’s Restaurant along with mydear colleague and icon Cheryl Howard from Ambassadors of Luxury.
Once the home of Edward VII’s mistress, Langtry is acharming and sophisticated restaurant in Knightsbridge. The restaurant is nowpart of the Cadogan Hotel, and offers a suitably British menu of unique andflavorsome dishes. Sumptuous and elegant, the interior at Langtry’s featuresoversized mirrors, an original glass chandelier and velvet armchairs in jeweledshades of amethyst, ruby and amber.
Both Cheryl Howard and myself had the honor to be hosted andshare the company of Lee Jones – Front House Manager at the Cadogan Hotel.Looking forward to my stay and to sharing my experience with you all… CM
