The chef last cooked at the Burj in Dubai. The designer is responsible for the stunning look of all of THE OUT NYC. Put two and two together and you’ve got yourself a bangin’ restaurant. This Hell’s Kitchen newcomer is New-American, with a Mediterranean influence. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, Kristen and Celso (the managers) are absolute delights. Sit at one of the front booths and you will have the best view for people-watching in Hell’s Kitchen. The food is locally-sourced when possible and prepared with an expert hand. Though it sounds boring, the Amish chicken breast is always perfectly cooked, or try one of the fish dishes they have that night-they’re always fresh and tastefully prepared. KTCHN also hosts a drag brunch on Sundays which is a lot of fun and features a mix-your-own Bloody Mary bar!
