Renowned Austrian Chef / Owner Johannes Bacher of Johannes Restaurant offers a unique and innovative Euro-American-Asian cuisine like Wiener Schnitzel, Raw & Organic Salads, Spaetzel and Sauerkraut combined with delightful flavors ranging from Polenta to Wasabi. Everything is freshly made in-house. He also carries a vast variety of Award Winning Wine Selections to choose from. Johannes has received much local, national and international recognition throughout his career as a chef. His restaurant recently appeared in the New York Times travel section for Palm Springs as the place to dine within “36-Hours” and was hand selected and interviewed by Cliff Young (a.k.a. The Minister of Culinary Awareness) the host of the KVCR-PBS television show “Out to Eat,” as the place to dine out with family and friends.
