The heterofriendly boutique hotel chain with properties in Barcelona, Berlin, and Buenos Aires recently introduced Axel People, once booked the future Guests can create a profile, select their level of privacy, and start socializing with each other online. The site is open to all guests staying with Axel but only guest booking directly with Axel will get you access before check-in, those who decide to book thru a third party will be given access upon registration. Also regular clients of the local community will be able to access thru their events section created in the hotels official Facebook page.
Axel’s “Walls Are Optional” approach really shows the future of gay travel and gives its guests the unique opportunity of making their presence known before ever packing their bags. As if that wasn’t enough they went a step further and launched the Axel People mobile application to make the connecting process even easier for guests on the go.
Members will also receive the benefit of seeing live events taking place at the hotel as well as exclusive promotions.
