The annual Lexington Pride Festival is a significant celebration of the LGBTQ+ community that aims to create a safe space for self-expression. Traditionally taking place on the last Saturday of June, this inclusive gathering welcomes individuals of all ages, genders, abilities, identities, races, and ethnicities. As Central Kentucky's premiere festival, it showcases live performances, and an array of vendors, foods, exhibits, and activities.

Now in its 16th year, the Lexington Pride Festival continues to witness a steady rise in attendance. In 2023, the event had over 200 booths and drew over 20,000 attendees from across Kentucky and beyond.
